WAVI works to create a community free of domestic violence and sexual abuse through advocacy, education, and support services.
WAVI Services
Emergency shelter: 24-hr safe haven for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, and intimate partner stalking.

Case Management
Emergency Room response
Referral network: Facilitates community referrals for community services.
Legal and court advocacy: Assists in filing temporary protection orders, providing accompaniment to court proceedings and interviews with law enforcement.
Community Education: Delivers education and prevention programs to community agencies, civic organizations, and area schools.
Support Groups: Organizes weekly support groups for in-shelter clients.
Individualized therapy: Available to clients staying in shelter.
