Working Against Violence, Inc. (WAVI) assists thousands of women, children and men in the Black Hills community each year by providing safe shelter, basic needs, resources and support to survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. Our shelter operations and 24/7 crisis line depend on the donations of generous people like you who support our mission.

WAVI is an equal opportunity provider and our services are offered at no cost to clients.

Donating to WAVI is easy: you can conveniently donate online, participate in employer-matched gifts, donate monthly with Project HOPE, or donate by mail.

Employer Matching Gifts

Did you know that many employers and companies sponsor matching gift programs for their employees? That means your tax-deductible gift to WAVI could be doubled or even tripled! If your company participates in matching gift programs, request the appropriate form, complete it and mail it in with your donation, and WAVI will take care of the rest!
